The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and the Austrian Academic Library Consortium (KEMÖ) have concluded a new Open Access agreement, enabling corresponding authors affiliated with the institutions listed below to publish Open Access with RSC at no additional charge.

What journals are covered by this agreement?

Who is eligible?
Authors affiliated with a participating member institution in the role of 'corresponding author' of the article. RSC identifies eligible authors by means of the institutional email address.

What license options are available?
Authors may choose between the license options CC BY and CC BY-NC.

When do authors have to be affiliated with a participating member institution to be eligible for funding?
Authors must be affiliated with a participating member institution on the acceptance date.

What costs are covered by the agreement?
Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fully covered by the agreement. No overlength charges oder colour charges are incurred.
